  - Reside in Switzerland and have held a B or C permit for more than two years, or be a Swiss citizen.
  - Be at least 20 years old.

  What documents do I need to apply for a 0% loan?

  You will only be asked for your identity document (B or C permit or Swiss identity document).

  Can I return my order?

  Your order can be cancelled or exchanged within 10 days from its delivery date.

  Does my watch come with a Warranty?

  All new watches are delivered with their original box and certificate as well as the official international warranty. Pre-owned watches are checked by a professional and, in case the original warranty has expired, Watchdreamer offers you a 12-month Warranty.

  How long does it take to process my financing request?

  Your request is processed instantaneously from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, and outside these hours within 12 hours.

  My 0% loan application has been accepted, what happens now?

  Once your contract signed, your watch is ordered from the Manufacture. Our team informs you of the delivery time, and then confirms the shipment.

  What is the delivery time?

  Delivery times vary depending on the brand and the model. Usually, it takes an average of 5 days to be delivered (subject to availability).
