The decision to grant financing is an automated decision taken by the financing partner, without any involvement of WD in this process, and is based on the information provided by you and the data collected by the financing partner from its own partners (e.g. credit bureaus).

If you consider the financing partner's decision to be unfounded, you must address any complaint to the financing partner, stating the reasons why you consider the decision to be unfounded. Your complaint will be reviewed by an employee of the financing partner who will, if appropriate, take a new decision based on the information available to it. WD does not have access to the grounds for refusal.

- Contacts and correspondence

You have the option of contacting us via the Website, by e-mail, telephone or post. In this context, we process the data which you provide to us (including but not limited to surname, first name, contact data, subject-matter of the request).

This data is used for the purpose of providing you with the requested service. The retention period depends on the reason for your request and its context. Requests relating to orders shall be retained for the period specified for orders. Other requests shall, as a rule, be retained for three months, unless there are legal grounds for retaining them.
