Only people residing in Switzerland, with a C permit minimum and who are 25 years old minimum and 65 years old maximum, are eligible for a 0% loan application.

In the case of a purchase with direct payment, anyone anywhere can freely buy on our website.

Your contractual partner is our company: Watch Dreamer SA. You will find all important information in our general terms and conditions. When you make your purchase on our platform, the terms and conditions will be available for reading during the purchasing process and your acceptation will be requested in order to validate your order.

All our new watches come with their original case and certificate as well as the brand’s international warranty. For pre-owned watches, the photos of the current state of the watch are below the description. These watches are controlled by an authorized professional and, in the event that the original warranty has expired, our company offers you a 12-month warranty.

These are the payment methods that we accept :
- 0% loan request for watches from CHF 2'000.- to CHF 14'000.-
- Bank transfer
- Credit card
- Twint

You will only be asked for a copy of your ID (minimum required: C permit or Swiss ID).

It is not possible to apply for a 0% loan with a B permit.

A Swiss ID or a C permit is required from our financial partner for a 0% loan request .

No, it is not considered a debt for our financial partner.

Once your application is received, our team will process it within the hour (business hours Monday to Friday). You will then receive an instant response from our financial team.

Our team will contact you to arrange delivery and you will soon be the happy owner of your new watch.

For a matter of confidentiality, we do not have access to your data qualifying your acceptance or refusal and therefore cannot inform you about the reasons for their possible refusal.

Both options are possible and free of charge, it is up to you to decide.

For a delivery, we work with FedEx and all our watches are shipped in packages against signature. Upon receipt of your watch at our premises, you will receive an e-mail from us informing you of the delivery day at your home. You will then receive the tracking number and the additional information of your shipment via e-mail from FedEx. In the event that you are unable to retrieve your package on the scheduled date, you will be able to reschedule an alternate delivery time directly with FedEx.

If you wish to come pick up your watch from our premises, you can specify it either in the comment area of your order, or inform us by e-mail. Upon receipt of your watch at our premises, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone in order to agree on a date that suits you.

Delivery times vary depending on the brand, model and financial option of your order. We will contact you directly to inform you of the delivery time specific to your order.

You will receive your order once your contracts are signed and returned. The watch will belong to you as soon as you receive it.

In the event that you are unable to retrieve your package on the scheduled date, you will be able to reschedule an alternate delivery time directly with FedEx.

You can balance the pending amount at any time and at no additional cost. For example, if you have applied for a 0% loan over 48 months and at the 30th month you wish to repay the entire remaining balance it is possible.
