In the case of a purchase with direct payment, anyone anywhere can freely buy on our website.

All our new watches come with their original case and certificate as well as the brand’s international warranty. For pre-owned watches, the photos of the current state of the watch are below the description. These watches are controlled by an authorized professional and, in the event that the original warranty has expired, our company offers you a 12-month warranty.

- 0% loan request for watches from CHF 2'000.- to CHF 11'000.-
- Traditional loan request for watches over CHF 11'000.-
- Bank transfer

Your contractual partner is our company: Watch Dreamer SA. You will find all important information in our general terms and conditions. When you make your purchase on our platform, the terms and conditions will be available for reading during the purchasing process and your acceptation will be requested in order to validate your order.

For a 0% loan, you will only be asked for a copy of your ID.

For a traditional loan, you will be asked to provide your 3 last pay slips as well as a copy of your ID.

For a matter of confidentiality, we do not have access to your file with our financial partners and therefore cannot inform you about the reasons for their possible refusals.

Our team will contact you to arrange delivery and you will soon be the happy owner of your new watch.

You can balance the pending amount at any time and at no additional cost. For example, if you have applied for a loan over 48 months and at the 30th month you wish to repay the entire remaining balance it is possible.

The delivery time of a watch purchased at 0% loan is 48h. For our watches in standard loan the delivery time is approximately 14 days. We draw your attention to the fact that exceptional delays can occur in the event that the desired watch is out of stock with the brand. If this should be the case with your watch, our team will contact you to arrange a delivery as soon as possible.

Both options are possible and free of charge, it is up to you to decide.

For a delivery, we work with FedEx and all our watches are shipped in packages against signature. Upon receipt of your watch at our premises, you will receive an e-mail from us informing you of the delivery day at your home. You will then receive the tracking number and the additional information of your shipment via e-mail from FedEx. In the event that you are unable to retrieve your package on the scheduled date, you will be able to reschedule an alternate delivery time directly with FedEx.

If you wish to come pick up your watch from our premises, you can specify it either in the comment area of your order, or inform us by e-mail. Upon receipt of your watch at our premises, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone in order to agree on a date that suits you.

In the event that you are unable to retrieve your package on the scheduled date, you will be able to reschedule an alternate delivery time directly with FedEx.
