Description

The Montblanc Star Legacy Automatic Date Limited Edition 1786 watch pays tribute to the intrepid Jacques Balmat, the first mountaineer to successfully climb Mont Blanc in 1786. The timepiece features a burgundy ‘glacier’ pattern dial, the rim of which is enhanced with a Sfumato effect. It also features a sautéed pattern, rose gold-plated hands and numerals, and the Montblanc emblem on the counterweight of the second hand. This model is powered by the MB 24.17 automatic movement and displays the hours, minutes, seconds and date. The watch is housed in a 39 mm stainless steel case with an open back that reveals the movement. It comes with an interchangeable calfskin strap with an alligator print and vertical Sfumato effect.
