Your request is processed instantaneously from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, and outside these hours within 12 hours.
Once your contract signed, your watch is ordered from the Manufacture. Our team informs you of the delivery time, and then confirms the shipment.
Delivery times vary depending on the brand and the model. Usually, it takes an average of 5 days to be delivered (subject to availability).
Your order is sent to you free of charge in a parcel against signature via DHL Express.
If you would like to collect your order from our premises, we will be happy to receive you.
