Terms and Conditions of Sale – Watchdreamer France
1. Legal Information
The website watchdreamer.com is operated by Watchdreamer France, a SAS with a share capital of 1 000,00 €, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 938 693 447, with its registered office located at 10 rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris.

2. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by Watchdreamer France with consumers and non-professional buyers through the website watchdreamer.com. Any order implies full acceptance of these terms, which is confirmed by ticking the appropriate box before placing the order.
3. Website Access
The user is responsible for providing the technical and telecommunication means necessary to access the site. All connection costs are borne by the user.
4. Products
The essential characteristics and prices of the products are available on the website. Prices are expressed in euros, including all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges. Product offers are valid while displayed online and within the limits of available stock. The customer is solely responsible for selecting and purchasing the products.
5. Order
The customer follows a series of steps to place an order: adding products to the cart, accepting the terms, and confirming the payment method. The order is considered valid once the customer receives a confirmation email. Watchdreamer France reserves the right to reject an order for legitimate reasons.
6. Payment
Payment is made in full or via a partner financing solution, under the terms indicated on the website. The customer guarantees that they have the necessary authorization to use the chosen payment method. Watchdreamer France may act as a non-exclusive intermediary for financing operations and complies with the obligations of Article L312-46 of the French Consumer Code.
Watchdreamer France offers its customers the Younited credit service for the payment and execution of their purchases. This is conditional upon the customer’s acceptance of the credit agreement proposed by Younited.
Watchdreamer France (ORIAS No. [to be completed]) acts as a non-exclusive banking intermediary for Younited. Watchdreamer France assists in credit-related operations without acting as a lender.
Any refusal of credit by Younited may result in the cancellation of the order. Termination of these Terms and Conditions by the client will automatically result in the termination of the credit agreement with Younited
The amount is paid via a credit granted by Younited, registered on the REGAFI under number 13156 and approved as a credit institution by the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR) – 4 Place de Budapest – CS 92459 – 75436 PARIS CEDEX 09 – acpr.banque-france.fr.

7. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer, within the timeframe indicated when ordering. The customer must inspect the packaging and items upon delivery and notify both the carrier and Watchdreamer of any concerns in writing within 48 hours. In the event of a delivery delay not due to force majeure, the customer may request delivery within a reasonable time. If not fulfilled, the contract may be cancelled under Articles L216-2 to L216-3 of the French Consumer Code, with a refund issued within 14 days (Article L241-4).
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. The product must be returned in perfect, unworn, and complete condition. The customer must inform Watchdreamer by email or mail and return the item via insured delivery at their own expense. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
9. Warranties
All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14) and warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code). Some watches may come with a commercial warranty, specified on the product page. Customers must report any defect by email or post. Return costs will be reimbursed with proof.
10. Personal Data
Watchdreamer is committed to protecting its clients’ personal data. In accordance with the GDPR, customers have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or object to the processing of their data. Data is stored for 5 years and only shared with logistics and payment partners. Rights may be exercised by contacting: privacy@watchdreamer.com. Customers may also contact the CNIL in the event of a dispute.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the site is protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written consent.
12. Liability
Watchdreamer France is not liable for indirect damages resulting from product purchases. Its liability is, in any case, limited to the value of the order. The company shall not be liable in case of misuse, force majeure, or non-compliance with local regulations of the destination country.
13. Force Majeure
The company shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure as defined by Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
14. Amendments
These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of the order.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, the customer may refer to a consumer mediation service free of charge or to the European ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing amicable resolution, French courts will have jurisdiction.
