    What are the conditions for obtaining a financing with Watchdreamer France?

    You must be over 18 years of age, reside in France, have a French bank account, and receive a salary

    What are the minimum and maximum amounts for a purchase financed through financing?

    You can finance purchases from €500 up to €15 000. However, it is possible to order a watch costing up to €20 000, with the difference to be paid as a downpayment

    Do I need to pay a deposit?

    No, no deposit is required for financing between €500 and €15 000.

    How long does it take for my financing application to be approved?

    Approval is instantaneous, provided that the customer grants access to their financial data.

    Can I choose the financing duration?

    Yes, you can choose between 12, 24, 36 or 48 months

    Can I have my order delivered to an address other than the one listed on my contract?

    Yes, provided that you validate your identity through an authentication process

    Can I repay my loan early?

    Yes, early repayment is possible at any time

    What are the delivery times?

    Delivery takes between 3 and 5 working days from the end of the financing withdrawal period, subject to availability from our supplier or manufacturer.

    How can I find out if a watch is available?

    All watches displayed are available, subject to stock at the manufacturer or supplier.

    How can I track my order?

    You will receive an email at each stage. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. We are available to answer any questions you may have

    Can I collect my order in store?

    Watchdreamer does not have a physical store. Therefore, collections are not possible

    Do you deliver abroad from France?

    No. For orders with financing, delivery is exclusively reserved for France

    What should I do if my watch is damaged upon receipt?

    Please contact us immediately. We will arrange a return for exchange or refund

    Can I cancel my order?

    Yes, you can cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it

    What is the withdrawal period?

    14 days after delivery

    How do I return a watch?

    We will send you a return label and arrange for collection via DHL

    How long does it take to get a refund?

    If no deposit has been paid, the financing is simply cancelled upon receipt of the return. If a deposit has been paid, it will be refunded within 30 days.

    Can I exchange my watch for another model?

    Yes, absolutely

    Are the watches new and authentic?

    Yes. Watchdreamer offers new watches and a selection of pre-owned watches, mainly Rolex and Tudor. All our watches are certified authentic

    What documents are provided with my watch?

    New watches come with their international manufacturer's warranties. Pre-owned watches come with a certificate of authenticity

    Are watches covered by a warranty?

    Yes. New watches are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (from 2 to 5 years, or even 7 years depending on the brand). Pre-owned watches are covered by a 2-year warranty from Watchdreamer

    Is the warranty valid in France?

    Yes. It is international for new watches and provided by Watchdreamer for second-hand models

    Do you offer an extended warranty?

    No, Watchdreamer does not offer an warranty extension, but some manufacturers allow you to extend the warranty on their official website

    Can I adjust the strap myself?

    Yes, but for greater precision, we recommend having it done by a professional

    Do you offer a sizing service?

    No, we recommend having this done by a professional once your order has been delivered for greater accuracy

    Can I have my watch serviced with Watchdreamer?

    We do organise return of new watches to the manufacture and second-hand models to our approved partner centre.

    How should I care for my watch?

    Avoid shocks and water for non-waterproof models, and have it serviced every 4 to 5 years
