Today, the stylish Seamaster Planet Ocean collection pays tribute to OMEGA’s ocean and diving heritage. This 39.5 mm model features a sleek brown ceramic case and bezel with OMEGA Ceragold™ technology used to create the diving scale. The dial is also brown ceramic dial with 18K Sedna™ gold numerals, indexes and hands, as well as a date window at 3 o’clock. Presented on a quilted brown rubber strap, this timepiece includes the OMEGA Master Chronometer calibre 8800. This can be seen through the transparent caseback, which itself is enhanced by the NAIAD LOCK to keep all wording upright. To achieve Master Chronometer status, it has passed the 8 rigorous tests set by METAS (The Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology).
