The dial of the Norqain Freedom 60 Chrono 43 features what the watch experts call a “panda” dial. This combination of white subdials against a black background was popular in the 1960s and 70s and has seen a revival in recent years. This watch’s vintage vibe is enhanced with a brown Norlando leather strap with the brand’s characteristic stitches that resemble mountains. The timepiece is powered by the brand’s automatic caliber that can be admired through a sapphire crystal caseback.

Cartier Tank Louis

Some people might argue that the Cartier Tank Louis is not vintage-inspired as it never actually went out of fashion! Invented by Louis Cartier in 1917, the design was inspired by a French military tank used during WW1, as viewed from above. This iconic design has been in the brand’s collection for over a hundred years and will no doubt stay timeless for hundreds more to come. This version comes in an 18-karat yellow gold case with a quartz movement and a brown alligator strap.

TAG Heuer Monaco Calibre 11 39

The TAG Heuer Monaco is one of the most iconic sports watches out there with its square case shape and matching square counters. The timepiece was released in 1969 and gained star status in 1971 when Steve McQueen wore it in the movie Le Mans. This 39mm stainless steel edition features Gulf’s iconic racing livery with blue and orange stripes on the right-hand side of the dial. The watch also includes TAG Heuer’s vintage logo from the same period.

 

Jaeger-LeCoultre Polaris

Inspired by the Polaris Memovox from 1969, the new Polaris collection takes a number of vintage features from the original, such as the stylized numerals and indexes that are reminiscent of those found on a car’s dashboard, along with a domed sapphire crystal and an extra thin bezel. This new version comes in a 42mm stainless steel case with a water resistance of 200 meters and is powered by an in-house automatic movement.
