Shipping Policy

Standard Delivery - Free

Our standard delivery service is provided by secure shipping services and is free. We deliver Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. All deliveries will require direct signature upon receipt.

Tracking information for all online purchases will be provided via email at the time of shipping.

Insurance

Your Purchase is insured from our facility until the moment you receive your item.

Delivery Delays

We always strive to deliver your item on time. Exceptional circumstances can occur such as adverse weather, or severe road network issues we may experience delays. We will kindly ask you that in such circumstances, we do not take responsibility for any impact such delays may have.

Lost Packages

Even though our packages are sent via secure courier, on rare occasions we do experience losses while in transit. Please contact our client service team if you think this may be the case with your order.

Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days, an insurance claim cannot be made thus you will be unable to claim any loss from Watchdreamer.

Exclusions

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

We ship only to U.S. Continental addresses.

Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. We offer the following return services to make your experience as pleasant as possible.

10 Day Return Policy

All purchases made online can be returned or exchanged within 10 days from the date of collection. Terms and Conditions apply.

Terms and Conditions

All returns or exchanges must be in new, unworn condition, with their original packaging, warranty card and instruction booklets. They cannot have any scratches or markings, or have been sized or adjusted. To start a return or exchange through our secure shipping service, please email our client service team at support-us@watchdreamer.com and you will receive a return shipping label. Your watch must be shipped to our facility with all original paperwork.

All refunds must be credited in the same tender used for the original purchase.
